Single Appointments - $50
10 Appt. Pack - $450

Long Term Plans: Billed Monthly for the Term of the Contract**
12 Month Contract with Unlimited Appointments - $330/month
6 Month Contract with Unlimited Appointments - $380/month

**Once signed, contract can only be paused for a timespan of 1 month in the event of injury. They cannot be deactivated or re-activated due to timing of in-season, off-season, etc. There is an early cancelation fee equal to 1 month's term in the event of early termination.
